Tortoise Cake

Daughter, Sydney has been commenting that I always make the more or less same design kind of cakes. Well, I am aware of that. And I must confess that I like routine. Feels very safe in familiar surrounding and feel insecure when placed in new territory.
Therefore, I told myself that I need to get out from daughter's label of "more or less same design" and venture into something more challenging. So when BFF (best friend forever) requested for a tortoise cake, I said OK!

Caked Crusader : Yes, you not only can cut into the tortoise but eat it too as it is made out of cake decorated with buttercream icing.
