Over The Hill?

What kind of design or birthday wish do you put on your boss's birthday cake? We (my colleague and I) didn't want it to be the usual boring HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOSS thingy........for sure we are more creative than that.....*cheeky grin*. We were thinking more of a humourous birthday wish. Having said that, we were also a little cautious of what repercussion the message may bring forth if not well received. We certainly don't want the joke to be on us.

My boss (LY) is someone who has gone pass 50 and yet still full of energy and drive. After cracking our heads for a couple of days, we decided on the following .........so here's the cake and birthday wish.

Having gone through so much stress in getting the birthday wish right, to our disappointment he did not even notice it until we pointed it out to him. Either the lightings where we had our celebration were too dim or we were such great company that all else was secondary..................well, I chose to believe the later.
